Arrival to Almaty. Transfer for city tour. The tour starts from the sightseeing of the central part of Almaty. You will know more about history and development of the southern capital of Kazakhstan and see its major attractions, like Central State National Museum and Theatre of Opera and Ballet named after Abay. You will visit one of the oldest Almaty parks —Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, where you will see one of the highest wooden buildings in the world — Zenkov Cathedral and visit museum of Musical Instruments. Then you are going to visit State Museum of Arts named after Kasteev- one of the most interesting museums in Almaty with various exhibits. The collections in the museum depositories are divided according to storage: paintings by old masters, paintings of Kazakhstan painters.

Transfer to Medeo gorge, where you will have a brief stop on the huge Medeo dam, which protects the city from destructive mudflows formed on the tops of the western Tien Shan. Getting to Shymbulak from Medeo by cable car. The Ski Resort Chimbulak is located on a picturesque valley in the Zailiyskiy Alatau within the height 2260 m above sea level, 25 km from the center of Almaty.

After lunch departure to the saline soil Tuzbair (180 km) Dinner and overnight in tent. Sherkala means for Mangyshlak the same as the Eiffel Tower for Paris or the Statue of Liberty for New York. It is a Symbol and a Landmark. From a certain point of view, it looks like a giant yurt set by mythical nomadic giants in the folds of the Akmysh area. The Sherkala mountain is a large remnant of unusual outlines that arose during the formation of mountainous Karatau valleys as a result of land raising from sea depths. It brings vivid memories of the Lost World, which was stormed by the eccentric characters of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Set up a camp. Overnight at Boszhira at tents. Tuzbair is a majestic creation of natural elements. In this place, the chinky plateau of Ustyurt is abruptly cut off by a cascade of clayey-calcareous and chalky steps, at the base of which lies a vast salt marsh, named by locals as rubbish. The plumes of the Cretaceous cliffs are cut by numerous gullies and deep channels, forming endless rows of the most bizarre columns. At the very base of the chink there is a giant natural semi-arch created by wind erosion. During periods of snowmelt and heavy rains, the mud is filled with water, forming a huge salt mirror, in which the sky and the Cretaceous colonnades are reflected. Beket-Ata is known as a prophet, to whom the Book of Being has opened. He also became famous as a healer, a man who knows the laws of physics, mathematics and astronomy. This monument of religious architecture dates from the 18th century. Beket-Ata is considered as a holy place, in importance standing in line with the burial of Khoja Ahmed Yassaui. For two centuries, pilgrims flock here to worship the spirit of the saint. According to legend, he lived in the second half of the 18th century. Boszhira is the site of the chink (border) of the Ustyurt plateau, where mother nature gave complete freedom to its imagination, creating an unearthly landscape in white tones. A small Boszhira valley is surrounded from three sides by an amphitheater of natural fads. Here everything is white: canyons, peaks, mountain towers, mountainous castles, mountainous yurts. The Boszhira remnant mountains change their appearance as the chameleons. Whimsical remnants as silent guards stare into the hazy distance, keeping the peace of the majestic symbol of Mangystau - a giant stone yurt. Her only master is a lonely wind, melting away steppe songs to the vast heavens.
